Return Policy – Formula Wears
🕒 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:

In the same condition as received

Unworn or unused, with tags

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
📦 Damages or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@formulawears.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original, and once accepted, place a new order.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.
The item must be returned unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
