Shipping Policy – Formula Wears

🚚 Order Processing

• At Formula Wears, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
• All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are unable to make changes once your order enters processing.


🌍 Shipping Times (Estimated)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • USA, Canada, Central Europe: 10–25 business days

  • Western Europe: 15–25 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 20–30 business days

  • Mexico, South America, Eastern Europe: 15–30 business days

Please note: shipping timeframes do not include the 2–5 day processing period. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or courier disruptions.

For multi-item orders, shipments may arrive separately if fulfilled from different warehouses.


✈️ International Shipping & Customs

• We proudly ship globally.
• Import taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s laws — these are the responsibility of the customer.
• If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import fees, the customer will be responsible for all return and handling costs.


📦 Tracking Orders

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
• Some couriers may take several days to update the tracking info.
• If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, contact us at contact@formulawears.com.


🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
• Packages cannot be rerouted once dispatched.
• If a package is undeliverable due to address issues, it may be discarded by the carrier — no refunds will be issued in such cases.


❌ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive the package, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Formula Wears is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are marked as delivered.
